While the pirate Captain Raye Jenet was based out of Rtascur it can be assumed she hired some locals to fill out the roster of her crew. Felix would have been an easy acquisition, with little education or economy on Rtascur to keep him in his homeworld. He is reported as having taken part in the kidnapping of Kyrlous Jenet on Glacier’s Peak and the raid on the prison world Melpomene. He currently is believed to be on the Jenet Estate with other Jenet Forces.
