The current Elemental Lord of Void is a horned Void Primordial with large shimmering blue butterfly wings sprouting from their back. They have a third eye in their chest, which is always "crying" blue space goop.
Tobi is quite friendly to Outsiders and will occaisonally help them navigate through the maze of a forest that is the Elemental Plane of Void.
