Many seek to become a mysticrafter, yet to become one is an arduous task for those who cannot sense magic. For the art of the mystic involves more than just the hands, it requires you to be able to feel the magic as you weave it into your craft. A mystical craftsman is capable of producing many things. The Aether uses their products all the time; such as a pair of bells that, should you ring one, the other rings too, no matter the distance between them. Or a lamp that uses no oil, or a blacksmith hammer that heats the metal it strikes as you're striking it. These are rather practical examples, of course. They are capable of many wonders too, like flying carpets, potions that allow you to breathe fire, and curtains that open into a pocket dimension no matter the surface placed upon. The limit of a mysticrafter is truly their own imagination. Of course, becoming one is no easy task. To become one requires years of practice, often as an apprentice first. Many fail on the first day, as mysticrafters prefer those who can feel magic, rather than those numb to it. Even after they're accepted, they may never gain enough traction to fully grasp their craft and need to choose a different career.
