Eidolon has the power to summon up to three new superpowers at a time. He doesn't have any control over what type of power is summoned.
Profile
Eidolon's public identity is classified. Unlike the rest of the Triumvirate and other PRT teams, he does not engage in public appearances or interviews of any kind; preferring to remain "mysterious". He does, however, grant licensing rights to his likeness for things like action figures and lunch boxes.
