Powers
The Beast is a Changer class cape of incalculable power. When he reaches a heightened emotional state, he involuntarily assumes a monstrous Changer form.
The form that he takes is different every time, and it varies depending on his emotional state or the circumstances surrounding his transformation. For example; anger might cause him to transform into a giant with bright red skin who smashes everything in sight, anxiety might turn him into a spider-like creature that crawls up the walls, and frustration might change him into a monster whose scream knocks down buildings.
The Beast's power increases with his emotional state. There is no known upper limit.
History
Formerly a registered member of the Protectorate; the Beast spent years working with the PRT in an attempt to master his powers. He was able to achieve short term success in this way, but it was ten years before he was able to make it a full year without something setting off his transformation.
Just when it looked like he had mastered control over his power, Donald Trump was elected president. This caused the Beast to enter his longest ever rampage by far. By the time he finally powered down, the Beast had killed 612 people and a dog. Since the Beast cannot be killed, the Protectorate felt they had no choice but to exile him to a habitable planet with no intelligent life; where he could no longer hurt anyone.
