Liraj A'Talvo

The city of Liraj A'Talvo sits on the island with the same name. It is a rebuilt city, having been depopulated quite some time ago in the Mt. Lancia eruption and then resettled by the Stelavorn when they moved into the Shengalvan Archipelago.
