The Order of Bal-hankara
Structure
The cult of monster is a strictly ran hierarchy. At the top is the Chaos lord who acts as the cults head and controls all of it . Under him are there Cardinals of Sin . Who in turn have authority over many Balck bishops who control troops of people known as flocks . Flocks are made up of children of Bal-hankara and thralls who are at the bottom of the food chain.
Culture
The cult puts great influence on power . It dose not mater who you are or where you form as long as you can use your power and skills to further the cults goals . As such the cult is a very brutal and unforgiving order who do not take lightly to failure.
Public Agenda
The cults public agenda is to sow chaos and plunge the world into a state of disarray where monsters can take control and rule.
Assets
The cult has secret backers but besides that they struggle for solid flow of resources. Most of their resources and finances are stolen . However they do have an abundance of man power and dangerous fighters.
Mythology & Lore
Bal-hankara is the mother of monsters , she is the queen that birthed all of the monsters races from the mighty ballors and beholders to the lowly gnoll or goblin . She believes for her children to be worthy they must be strong and as such they must fight . This power oriented mindset less the other races to hate the monsters and shun them . But the monsters do not care as one day the day of the black son will dawn and the mortal realm shall be inherited by the children of Bal-hankara.
Divine Origins
The cult was founded by some of the more intelligent members of the monstrous races . They wished to create a unified race of nation or at the very least unify enough to try dethrone the world order and create a world their mother would be proud of. This was also sparked due to the forming of the Silver crusaders a legion of monster hunters who wished to eradicate them all.
Tenets of Faith
Thought shall be strong for mother .
Thought must fight for mother.
Monsters will be the ones to inherit the earth.
