The Time keepers
Structure
The order is very simple The time lord who is chosen by eon himself organises all the time keepers and acts as the voice of the order for communion with other groups of people . He however dose have special underlines known as Observers and speakers . Observers travel the world to witness great events first hand and wright about them. Speakers pass on knowledge verbally and act as day to day representatives talking with any one not important enough to talk to the time lord.
Culture
Time keepers believe time is a path than cannot be changed or altered nor should its truth be sullied . So they take notes and right down all history they can without the filter of politics or biases

There public agenda is to note down and protect information on all of history

The assets of the order is widely contested and unknown as they are an order that has existed longer than even the church and yet they seem to have very little
History
They were founded before the church by a large margin and since there conception have kept history written down.

The origins of the time keepers is unknown by everybody but them as they where the only one writing accurate history at that point in history

The ethical started of the order is commonly called into question due to there knowledge of many horrible and catastrophic events before they happen and the fact they refuse to tell any one or offer guidance.
Granted Divine Powers
Time keepers have a kind of future sense with the time lord himself being able to give perfectly accurate prophecies of the future hundreds of years into the future.
