The books pages seem blank however all you need to do is ask the book a question and it shall provide you the answer. The book can answer in as much or as little detail as you wish and has a full recollection of everything between that moment and creation even down to a manuscript of every word and sentence ever said. However the book cannot tell the future.

History

The item was created by Meterna as a smaller hand held version of her infinite library and as such holds all its knowledge witch is to say in the book all known information is held in its pages. The book was stolen by an unknown person however the locations it has appeared in history mean it is most likely on the mortal planes. 
The first individual to be seen with it was the devil Sigva a greater demon who represented secrets and hidden knowledge however this book did not stay with him for long passing hands between all kinds of beings such as mortals demons gods and dragons. However it was last known to be some where in mortal realms with an unknown ancient king who was stated to of gone mad within hours of owning the book not being able to comprehend the knowledge it’s pages held.
