Concept: Segregated Veils
Thanks to the events of the burst, there are more than a hundred Leray magical veils operating without a specific source all over the world, giving most countries the potential ability of using that magic for their own purposes. The idea of segregated veils explains simply that veil zero, or the Sprawn Valley veil specifically differs from these other veils by the properties of protection, MP charging rate, and many other factors. But the source of the veil's own lifespan also differs. One particular veil in one part of the world may have better partial protection levels than another, while some make it nearly impossible to recharge MP energy after just a few Leray spells due to the slower MP charging rate through magical circuits. Scientific Mages have currently concluded that given what happened with the burst, it is reasonable to assume that all other veils will eventually fade out and stop providing magical powers, within about two to three hundred years.
One example of a segregated veil is the difference in veil properties with the Polarium Veil versus other veils.
