Type 96 Armored Personnel Carrier

The presence of Leray magic in Sprawn Valley motivated other countries of power to quickly improve technology in both civic aspects and military potential, known partly as the technological acceleration. As a result of these expedited motivations, Japan developed the design of this armored transport vehicle, and the APC was later approved for both defense and contract selling to other countries. In 1971, Pharacorp was approached with a deal to purchase a few of these vehicles following the announcement of their war in 1970.

There are many types and classifcations of APCs, though the Type 96 is a very impressive design that can stand up to severe impacts from most cannon shells, and can partially resist an explosion from a 120 mm cannon. As a result, Pharacorp has purchased six of these APCs so that it can be requisitioned for the Terracom division. It has been reported since that the Polarian Rebels have stolen only one of these APCs, though it remains unknown if they had time to copy the designs in order to produce their own.
