Arvandus

The southernmost kingdom on the Saltbrine Coast. It serves as both a literal and metaphorical meeting place between the Mazca Empire of the Shaupawa Mountains, the hill dwarves of the Dothiri Hills, and the rest of the fiefdoms on the coastline. Arvandus is a place of crossroads and a blending of cultures.
Its people are diverse and varied, including elves, dwarves, humans, goblins, orcs, and halflings. They share in their love for their uniquely dangerous sport called "bull coursing," which involves plucking colorful ribbons off the horns of a charging bull.
