Mazca, the City of the Sun and Moon

A city that rests in the Shaupawa Mountains. It serves as the capital to the Mazca Empire on the southernmost tip of the continent of Polnarus. Sun elves, mountain dwarves, rock gnomes, and humans make up the majority of the population.
Pelor and Sehanine Moonbow are heavily worshipped in Mazca, typically called the Yellow God and the Silver Lady, respectively. Its rulers are two figures known as the Sun King and the Moon Queen who are said to act as the voices of deities on Zameen. It's also the home to monks of the Way of the Sun Soul.
