Voener

Voener are humanoid celestial beings that wear heavy tabards or jerkins reinforced with jack-chain and a bascinet helm with loose chain that covers the face.  Voener all have multiple bells affixed to their armor though the exact number and size very between individuals as do the coat of arms aborning their armor. These creatures preferred weapon is a multi tailed scourge with the tails ending in small bells. While the scourge is the preferred weapon some are rumored to wield polearms similarly adorned with bells. The faces of these creatures are obscured behind the chains of their helmets but keen observers  claim to have seen small luminescent objects flitting about inside similar to the appearance of fireflies. This observation is reinforced by the fact that when these creatures become particularly outmatched by either numbers or skill they will breath out a cloud of divine fireflies that deal both lightning and radiant damage to creatures in the area. Voener have also been observed to produce a cacophonous tolling of bells the force of which is enough to physically shove creatures away from them.  No two Voener have been seen that wear the same coat of arms, though this is hard to determine as these creature are usually solitary wanderers and are rarely observed together.
