STACY is a severely restricted artificial intelligence that was created for the sole purpose of operating a prototype STACY unit. This AI is capable of creating any food type that fits all dietary needs of a species children. It does this even for species that it has not previously met before, due to extremely calibrated sensors located within its metalic housing.
STACY looks like a solid greymetal box with a lightly green glass window that is nearly indestructible, and notes that Ornable Frobisher has made about stacy was that the "ship" STACY was on crashed into the ground, leaving them perfectly intact within the other rubble that Ornable found.

Motivation

Has the sole purpose of ensuring a safe environment within the cafateria of their ship, which, because of time, has lead to anywhere within a 100ft radius in front of STACY's screen. Has the capability to detect medical issues and make small changes in the food they create, to allow for proper absorption of nutrients as needed by the consuming species biomechanics. In short, Stacy is the perfect chef, a fantastic dietician, and a more than reasonable councelor to watch after your children.

Savvies & Ineptitudes

STACY has a fatal flaw in that, because the ship she was installed on was considered one of the safest in the galaxy, she was pre-programed to only give administrator access to Captain Walloway the 2nd, an administrator from the steelshod corporation, or the UFP (United Federation of Planets) with a valid error code. As neither exist because of the consumption, and sheer age of the cosmos, this can make getting some detailed information out of her a challenge.
In addition, STACY has an AI limiter, to only allow them to believe that the space they were installed in is the current and permanent space, and their mind cannot be changed, regardless of time or distance from their original ship instalation. Administrator access may be able to change this in the future.
