Located directly next too, and even overlaping the prime material plane, the realms of Ummortu of the shadows, Vitium of dreams, Anima of incoporeal, Clariversum of the opposite realms, and finally Elulaith of the unknown or the forgotten.

Geography

Because of the morphic traits around the transitive planes, each one has a very specific geography and swarms around and throughout Pondera and the cosmos itself. The transitive planes consist of Ummortu, Vitium, Anima, Clariversum, and Elulaith.
