Cast using a 1st level spell slot. You cause the target to become fatigued. The target must be able to hear the verbal component of the spell to be affected. Should a creature already be fatigued, they become exhausted until the source of one of their fatigues expires, at which point they become fatigued again. The duration depends on the targets current HP total as shown below:
25 or less HP=1d4+1 Hours26-50 HP=1d4+1 Minutes
51-100 HP=1d4+1 Rounds
101+ HP=Unaffected.
Verbose Inhabilitate
Cast using a 3rd level spell slot. Deal 2 points of damage to a creatures dexterity. The creature must have been able to hear the verbal component of the spell. The length of time that the dexterity damage lasts for depends on target creatures HP as shown below:
25 or Less HP= Spell duration becomes Instant. Damage must be healed as normal.26-50 HP=Dexterity damage lasts 1d4+1 minutes
51-75 HP=Dexterity damage lasts 1d4+1 rounds
76+ HP= No Effect.
Verbose Distraction
Duration: Instantaneous
Cast using a 4th level spell slot. So long as the creature has 150 or less HP, the target creature is caught flat footed until its next turn.
Enhance: For each additional spell level used higher than 4th, any precision damage against the target creature is increased by +2 per additional spell level.
Unseen Verbosity
Cast using a 7th level spell slot. The target creature becomes blinded, so long that they hear the verbal component of the spell. The duration of the spell depends on the targets current HP total.
50 or Less HP=Blindness is Permanent51-100HP=1d4+1 minutes
101-150 HP=1d4+1 rounds
151+HP=No effect.
Verbose Stupify
Cast using an 8th level spell slot. The creature affected becomes stunned, but must have been able to hear the verbal component of the spell in order to be affected. The duration of the spell depends on targets current HP total.
50 or Less HP=4d4 Rounds51-100HP=2d4 Rounds
101-150 HP=1d4 Rounds
151+HP=No effect.
