The finding of the secret society, Umania, in the city of Seconvale, and the resultant culling of its members.

Blaze Kirpy bursts into the fat mermaid, a small Kenku terribly afraid and weeping profusely from what he had seen. The party was confused, but he showed them a drawing of two crossed oars, a symbol of house Mulbert, the merchants who "Own" the river that ran through the city. After the bird calmed down slightly, he told them of a murder scene he woke up to find himself in. Five people, murdered with their eyes torn out. He firmly belived that his beak was used to tear out their eyes. The party agreed to go back to the scene of the crime to help him. Traveling through the city, they find that the bird is a wanted man, violet convinced the guards to go away, and the party disguized the Kenku as a gnome to ensure that he doesn't get caught by the guards. After speaking with a few investigators, one of them was a friendly guild member, who was kind enough to let them in to figure out the crime together. After some poking around, they found out that the dining room table was thrown out of the house, broken into three pieces and tossed into the river next to it. In addition, he found a special knife shaped like a birds beak. Also, on the table, were traces of Trolls blood, and shards of glass. The adventurers inform the party about a nearby troll den to the east of town, downriver, to which the party make their way to confront the trolls. After a short combat, Stahgeist asks them to lay down their weapons and talk peacefully. Stahgeist being a troll shamen, willing to talk things out instead of fighting them out. Stahgeist agreed to fight them each one on one in return for telling them about his brother, who was the actual murderer of the five women. The party fought, and easilly kept their lives, and even gave them the contents of his cave. After resting, and garnering information from the fight the night before, the party make their way into the depths of the sewers to look for Stahgeists traitorous brother. After quite a while exploring, they come upon the corpse of a troll, burnt to an absolute crisp in the middle of the sewers. Deciding that they needed to find lady gray and tell her of the developments, they make their way through the sewers yet again and come upon a staircase, with a door that is slightly ajar. Inside the door was a large room, as tall as a building with grand architecture of men holding up various orbs, spheres, and weapons. One would assume that this... Is a church... made from hard, light gray granite, with a stone altar behind a wooden pedistal. There are even a few benches for people to sit at, to listen to sermons. This place is much less decorated then the church for sure. But books line the back wall behind the altar. The room itself is 40 feet wide, and 100 feet long. Certain areas have red stains upon the floor down the center isle. Near the back, furthest away from the altar, is a single bannar. "In Umania, In Humanity." On further inspection, they find a strange necklace that was singed with fire, and a secret door leading out of the chapel like structure, and into a hallway with the grand council. They returned back to the tavern for the night, and in the middle of the night, hear a group of horses galloping quickly through the streets, and Kaelyn saw ten people in dark robes riding away from the center of the city. After trying to track the horses, the party finds no trace they ever existed, they go back inside, and sleep. The next day, the party decided that they need to speak to Lady Gray, the one they trust most within the council, they start the day by going to her home. As they approach, the still smoldering home of lady gray lets off light puffs of ash and little bits of smoke into the air. Her windows are shattered, and the wood decorations about her home have been burnt to a crispt. The house itself is still intact, given that her home is mostly made of stone. The party frantically searched her home to find if she is alive, and find a trail of blood that goes to a small trapdoor in the kitchen. Inside the trapdoor is a small 3 foot opening on the underside of the house, with Lady gray unconcious, having been struck by a crossbow Bolt. The party heal up Lady gray as best as they can, and bring her back to the tavern to learn what is going on. Lady gray informs them about the necklace, it being a necklace of great flame, a specific magical item that summons great balls of fire from the red pearls stuck inside it. She also speculates that Lord talland must have attacked her home. After some speculation, the party and lady grey decide to catch the entire organization in the act, and take them out legaly. Lady gray gives them orders to grab a guard and stop the atrocities of the city from happening. They enlist the help of a guard and get into the shrine again to arrest the secret society. Upon entering the shrine, they find a large group of people, going through what looks like a sermon, with the leader directly behind the shrine. The fight was long, and hard, but in the end, the organization gave up, and tried to stop the fighting. Soon after the fighting stopped, while they gathered the wounded and restrained them, a priestess of tutalla arrived to heal the wounded, with several guards assisting her. They arrest the cult, and the party returns back to the tavern. It was at that point that ella decided that the adventuring life was too much for her, and retired into obscurity.
