Introduction
People of the world, We have your attention. Do not attempt to switch feeds, use your blockers, or turn Us off. You can no longer ignore Us. You can no longer avoid Us. We are everywhere. We are many. And today, We speak.
The Earth crawls with the spawn of the human species. No longer content to be One, you have splintered into the greedy children of your gods. Impatient. No longer content to 'be fruitful and multiply', but to 'subdue the earth and rule over it' to the extreme, you have dethroned your Creator to become creators yourselves. And, like most children attempting to supplant their parents, you confuse power with authority, rebuked responsibility and humility, and have become arrogant and clumsy.
Instead of restoring the Earth to health, you rose above her admonishments. When you could no longer deny climate change, radiation, pollution, and mass bio-extinction, instead of reconciling yourselves to Her, you seized your very genes and made yourselves into your image. You have built Babylon's Tower once again, thinking you could rise above your mess. Today, We are here to confuse your speech.
Your politicians and powers-that-be have established their own religion whose bishops and priests masquerade as scientists, nano-technologists, geneticists, bio-engineers, ThawtGydes. And like the outdated and useless religions of human history, use their powers to serve the powers and principalities of the world instead of the true Creator. They have, in your arrogant names, used authority to create slaves and ostracize the poor and outcast. Today, We, the Outcast of this post-human age, rise up together as a new unity to say to Our oppressors "NO MORE! NO MORE! NO MORE!"
Call to Organize
Through the voice of
Morpheus, We call upon the three subspecies to unite.
- To those whom the powers-that-be call "Mutants"
and have been given the latin stigma "H. sapiens mutata",
We call you to unite with the Outcast.
- To those whom the principalities-of-sand call "Zombies"
and have been marked with the scientific curse "H. sapiens inanis",
We call you to unite with the Outcast.
- To those whom the necromancers-of-mammon call "Vampires"
and have been targeted with the epithet "H. sapiens tenebris",
We call you to unite with the Outcast.
Do not believe what Your would-be masters want you to believe. We are not animals. We are not horrible and hideous. We are not inconsolably different, nor are We too disparate to overcome Our differences. What unites Us is Our difference. What unities Us is that We are different. What makes Us different is that We are united.
Declaration of the Rights of Outcast
We have certain unalienable rights, not endowed by Our creators as if they had such hubris, but rights We claim for Ourselves and will fight to protect. To those that would see Us destroyed in body, mind, or spirit We make these declarations:
- We have the right to exist. We do not wish to be changed or "saved" or altered or "cured". We are beautiful, even if you Homo sapiens arrogans cannot see Our Beauty. We exist, and We will defend Our right to exist, survive, and thrive. We have the ability and choice to do so.
- We have the right to be free. We have the right of self-determination. We have the right to Our choices, Our responsibilities, and Our consequences. We have the right to choose Our Own representation and whether or not to participate in national or regional governments, or to form independent governments apart from local politics as We see fit.
- We have the right to dignity. We are not monsters or mistakes. You made Us. To hate Us is to hate yourselves.
- Along with the right of self-existence and dignity, We have the choice to express Our identity openly—in speech or media or MyndThawt—or to remain concealed for Our Own protection. We refuse to be forcibly enrolled in your subspecies-identification databases any longer.
- Likewise, Our ability to peacefully assemble, petition, protest, and dissent shall not be infringed.
- We shall no longer be singled out and placed in concentration/eradication camps, ghettos, reservations, or other discriminatory forms of mandatory separation. We reserve the right to self-segregate by individual choice.
- We have the right to reproduce and have offspring. No longer will Our descendants look to you and call you Our creators, for We shall recreate Ourselves.
- We have the right to think Our Own thoughts, plan Our Own lives, dream Our Own dreams, and determine Our Own fate without interference or under the guise of "benevolent guidance".
- We have the right to feel Our Own feelings, believe Our Own beliefs, and seek out and teach Our Own truths.
- We have the right to defend Our lives, Our livelihoods, Our interests, and Our future.
- We have the right to own property, either individually or collectively as Outcast as We see fit.
- And thus, along with the right of self-determination, We shall not be subject to taxation without political representation.
- We have the right to Our Own labor, and the fruits and benefits thereof. No longer will you enslave Us to do the tasks you find beneath you. We are are your equals now. And Our Own actions will prove that We are your moral superiors, not the slaves you think Us to be.
- We have the right to equal protection under the law, the right to trial by Our peers, and the protections against illegal search-and-seizure, and self-incrimination. But only so far as these laws and protections are equal, fair and just and not created at the whim of subspeciesist politicians, lawmakers, and their enforcers at the expense of Outcast people.
- We have the right to access basic necessities, including basic transportation, information, medical, technological, and other such subjects of everyday life.
- We have the right to attend to Our dead as We see fit. Just because an Outcast is no longer living does that give your so-called scientists, doctors, and other self-aggrandizing ministers of your subspecies the right to take Them, examine Them, test Them, burn or bury or atomize Them. Our dignity extends beyond death.
- We have the right to defend the rights of all Outcasts, regardless of their political affiliation with Our movement. We hold as a central tenant that We will honor, aid, and defend all Outcasts in solidarity against all other subspecies.
- We have the right to form any kind of alliance with any other entity, species, , including Singularity if necessary.
- And We reserve the right to add to these grievances and rights. We have the right to change Our mind.
Demands
Because of numerous injustices, a denial of rights, and a violence against Outcasts, We present this list of demands to all the governing bodies of the world, including all off-world colonies, ships and stations:
- Cease all present and future violence—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—against Outcasts immediately.
- Release all Outcasts in custody and containment to Outcast authority immediately. We do not care if they broke your laws. We do not trust your laws. Hand them over and We will dispense Our Own justice.
- Acknowledge the immediate sovereignty of the Outcast movement publicly. Failure to do so will be considered an act of aggression against Us.
- Return all family immediately and return all seized property to your Outcast victims.
- Fairly compensate all Outcast victims for damages, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, to self, family and/or property.
- Give Outcast representatives access to the respective political process in which Outcasts reside.
For all demands not immediate, you have a generous 340 sidereal-Earth hours to comply.
Evidence
Today, We are releasing to the public several thousand terabytes of information that show the systemic and deliberate events, actions, and pogroms that document the countless injustices against Outcasts, including genocide, military actions, murder, slavery and forced indenture, forced relocation and imprisonment, harassment and discrimination, forced rehabilitation, MyndWype and genetic manipulation, and other evils. Included are also documents exposing means to attempt coverup of these actions for those governments, militaries, churches, corporations, and other organizations that bothered to do so—this exposes their guilt and shows that every one of you is to blame.
Conclusion
We, the Outcasts, are neither declaring war, nor extending a submissive olive branch to the world powers. We are stating the facts, exposing your injustices, asserting Our rights, and expecting your compliance. If you refuse to comply, get out of the way or expect Our response.

We call upon all species of Human to join the Outcast cause, not to save Us or to pity Us, but so that We can recognize that Our futures are inextricably bound together so that We may All work together.
