Vegan Vampires

When Psychics first came into the public eye, there was already MyndMagick™ (organization), which claimed to represent them all.
When aberrations — Vampires — appeared, MyndMagick™ was able to contain them until it was demonstrated that these creatures were capable of foiling the containment of the Psychics. And so the biologists of the world classified these new creatures as a new subspecies, and rightly so.
However, with the appearance of the man named Morpheus, it is becoming apparent that not all Psychics agree with the highly secretive nature of the MyndMagick™ organization. MyndMagick™ has insisted that any dissidents who slander their organization are unquestionably Vampires. But leaked reports that are somehow able to get past MyndMagick™ security measures indicate that there are those who either have no need to feed on the mental energy of other Humans, or who resist whatever cravings they might have as Vampires. Media has started to call these people "Vegan Vampires", or "Vegans" or "Veegs" for short.
It is unknown if this is now another new subspecies, or just dissident H. sapiens animus and disciplined H. sapiens tenebris.
