Dimensional Dieties

Any being who rules with divine power equal to The Temple Gods, but who rule outside the Potestatem Sphere, are known as Dimensional Dieties. This can be anything from things beyond our understanding, to simple travelers of the void between stars.
Many known Dimensional dieties are invaders of the Potestatem space. They make deals with The Temple gods to exhange forms of power. That could be anything from Slivers to knowledge.
A popular theory is that the Outer gods are the creators or beings of divine power in other universes, parrellel realities, or other Spheres of space connected to our own. These connections can vary from weak to strong. This results in some Outer gods barely whispering into our reality while other seem to simply exist in it with great influence. The balance of power to strength of connection determines this level of influence they have. Some are able to widen or shrink this gap over time depending on their wishs. Warlocks are one way they are able to influence our realm. Those who broker pacts with any being of divine power can be called Warlocks. Though Clerics and Paladin do similar action, the borrowing and growing of power is very different. Many outer dimensional gods have used warlocks to grow seeds of their influence within Potestatem over many lifetimes. Repleti Inanis, Temple God of Warlocks is a unique Temple God because of this.
