Majuscule

The Majuscule is the captial building of the Arcane Plains and Viel. There the Archmages of the city meet to disscuss research, magic, and their lands. The arcane power this building and its people wield are said to be surpassed only by the Thousand Spires of Bunulbilg - Fotgral Kegbrand and The Temple itself.
It is located in The Belt and is in a syncronus orbit above its lands.
