The Opportunity™

Through the course of the game there will be story appropriate times where a player can make extraordinary changes to their characters outside the limits of the normal rules. This house rule serves to allow players to avoid boredom and explore new ideas while keeping everything within the narrative. The changes allowed by The Opportunity™ are almost unlimited and include race, class, abilities, etc.
Each player starts with one (1) Opportunity™ that they will be allowed to use when the DM decides the time is right. The first one will likely be as the party exits “low-level”. Other times and additional Opportunities™ will arise as the game progresses.
