Cosmic Soup

The Cosmic Soup is a metaphysical layer of reality that contains all other planes.  The soup itself cannot be observed from within the known universe, however its existence has nonetheless been proven due to the movement of the planes during The Age of Coalescence.  The Planar Beacons were crafted during the Age of Creation in order to anchor the other planes against each other.
