Elemental Chaos

The Elemental Chaos is, as the name implies, a roiling and chaotic soup of elemental energies. "Mundane" elemental creatures you would normally expect to see on the other elemental planes can be found here, but it is also home to strange hybrid elementals that represent mixtures of the primary elements.
