Mind-Flayer poison

A creature which ingests an entire dose of the poison must succeed on a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw or they take 5d4 poison damage and are poisoned. While the creature is poisoned they are unconscious and take an additional 5d4 poison damage at the start of each of their turns. The poison effect lasts for two minutes. The creature awakens if attacked, but continues to suffer the other effects for the remaining duration. On a successful save the creature is unaffected and takes no damage from the poison.
