New Neprius

New Neprius is a Triton city in Elemental Plane of Earth The city constructed to replace the fallen city of Neprius. It is considerably less silver than the original, but it is still a magnificent sight to behold, sparkling in gold and silver and with well-polished marble. The city is ruled by the dolphin prince Deep Sashelas, who is kind but temperamental. Many of the populace have taken on this role model, and so the populace is in general very kind to visitors but very harsh on troublemakers. The city is arranged to take full advantage of the 3D space, with buildings placed directly on top of each other. Despite being an underwater city inhabited by tritons, some areas have air for traveling visitors, including an inn and a small stage.  The forges also have air in some areas, as air is more amenable to forging high quality metals.
