Ouroboros Pendant

An Ouroboros Pendant is an item typically held or worn by members of Ouroboros.  It is not a holy symbol, even though it resembles one and the enchantment has some inherently divine characteristics to it.  These pendants block scrying magic within 200 feet, including that cast by gods, unless the bearer specifically permits it.  They exist in limited supply, and Ouroboros rations them carefully.
