Phasirru

Phasirru served with Chernobog in the Armies of Lolth. She was sacrificed to a mind flayer with Chernobog. Phasirru and Chernobog were the only two to received altered mind flayer tad poles. Phasirru did not finish ceremorphosis and died by her head exploding in tentacles and blood.
Redacted's hallucinations of Phasirru depict a normal beautiful female drow for the next down, and a head full of withering tentacles. Phasirru hovers around Redacted and does nothing more. When Redacted partakes in conversation, Phasirru likes to stand next to Redacted almost like she is part of the conversation if looked at from a distance. Redacted usually makes an empty space for her when he talks to people so she feels included.
