Skein

Skein is a mild narcotic created by finely grinding a specific mushroom into a white powdery substance.  It is illegal in most regions, though in others (like Sigil) it sits in a sort of gray area where its use is tolerated in moderation.  It is a relaxant, but can also cause slight jitters and, in extreme cases, mild hallucinations.
