Tilum (Till-um)
The city of Tilum, capital to a Duchy by the same name, is relatively small but both well-known and well-traveled. This is due in part to the leadership: the Duchy is ruled by the Duke Caerbor Klaedris, Conduit of Homecoming, and his wife Femtid Klaedris, Conduit of Improvement. The Duke is well known for taking in anyone in need of asylum, shelter, or otherwise simply needing a place to belong. The Duchess, meanwhile, is a high priestess of The Moonlight Covenant, and founder of Yawning Canyon University, which boasts a stunningly diverse curriculum.
