Ursinthropy

A disease wherein humanoids involuntarily transform into either a bear or a half-human half-bear creature during the full moon. Unlike lycanthropes, Ursinthropes tend to maintain a good moral character despite their monstrous nature. They tend to live in isolation, where they are least likely to do harm to innocents.
