Gods

The gods are extremely powerful beings that rule the multiverse. Their existence is common knowledge, and widely accepted. They operate under a very specific set of rules, but exactly what those are is not certain. A few commonly accepted theories are:  

• Each one is focused on a few specific domains, over which they exhibit complete control
• They almost never interfere with each other's domains
• They almost never intervene directly. Instead, they have their followers act on their behalf
• They reside in either the outer planes or the elemental planes
