Bao Shu

Government. Bao Shu is governed by an emissary from Mirume with assistance from the owners from the largest mine in the town. Komori Ryou and the Aguni family.
Defense. The town is surrounded by a stone brick wall, reinforced with metal. 
Commerce. Bao Shu may not seem like much, but many subterranean caverns tunnel make their way beneath the town. This makes Bao Shu a very important source of metals and minerals, having access to an incredibly wide array of different materials, compared to the size of the town. These metals include Iron, Coal, Gold, and Copper.
Bao Shu is famous for the many caverns under the city, which provide metals for the Jozu Dynasty, as well as a tourist attraction, where you can see and visit the lifeforms that exist in the caverns.
