As an action, you can fire the hook at a target creature or object. Make a ranged attack roll against that creature or object. If the object is stationary add +5 to the roll.
If you hit the target, you can spend a bonus action to reel in the hook, either moving the target to you, if it weighs less than you. If the target instead weighs more than you, you are pulled towards it. If you both have a similar weight, you meet in the middle.
