A processed Artifact from The Hollow created from Charcoal Sand that has been compressed into bars to form an umbrella. However poor craftsmanship resulted in an overall degradation of the grade. Nevertheless, the light weight and strength of Charcoal Sand hasn't been lost.
Provided the user is wielding the umbrella in at least one hand, they gain access to the following reaction: As a reaction to being attacked, you can activate the Scaled Umbrella to potentially block the attack. The umrella has an AC of 18 and 30 hit points. If the umbrella loses all its hit points, it is permanently destroyed. If a mending spell is cast on the damaged umbrella it restores 2d4 hit points.
