Tiamat, The Scaled Tyrant

(a.k.a. The Scaled Tyrant, The Dragon Queen)

Tiamat, the mother of the chromatic dragons is seen as the god of tyranny and murder. Her followers perform sacrifices and seize control of others in her name. They are often awarded draconic powers in return and gain favor from her kind, though as tyrants meet others like them, not usually does it end peacefully.
