Edward Von Faust (a.k.a. Blitzhorn)

Trained in the German Army during WW2. Blitzhorn was sentenced to undergo special forces experimentation, for capturing escaped POWs. The experiment granted him the ability to emit and control lightning from his body.
Before the war ended, Blitzhorn was put in suspended animation until he woke up in 2017. Shortly after waking up, he travelled to Prime city in order to use his powers for good.
