Tamara is a superspy who protects Prime city for Viper.
Tamara was an orphan that was brought to Viper by general Ironside. There she received advanced training to become a highly skilled agent for the elusive agency. She was later induced into an experiment that would grant a person complete invisibility. 50 people went through the procedure, but only two survived. Tamara and Jack. Tamara gained the ability to become unseen at will and was one of the founding members of the Prime city defenders.
