Yen Wung (a.k.a. The Flare)

The Flare is a young woman who can create and manipulate fire from her body. She uses her powers to save the day from evildoers.
Yen Wung is a member of the Wung family. Certain members of the Wung family has the ability to harness the flame of creation. Her father was the only other person Yen knew who could use the power, but he was killed by a villain called Professor Darkness. Yen started her hero career in order to avenge her fathers murder. She eventually defeated Professor Darkness and avenged her father, but it's only a matter of time before the darkness is back, and when it does come back the Flare will be waiting.
She has a grandfather, Yijun Wung, who runs a pawn shopped filled with all kinds of mystical baubles and trinkets.
