The Sodden

The Sodden is the district between the main city and the suburbs of Prime city. It is named so after an earthquake caused most of the district to be submerged. This caused the sodden to become the number one spot in Prime city for criminals to hide.
The Sodden was the previous location of Prime city's prison. The new prison was built on Greyrock island.
