Anthony Escarpo (a.k.a. Electrocutioner)
Anthony Escarpo's life is extremely well documented; in the files of most major police departments. It starts out as a juvenile offender and continues on to present day, although the present day entries are for more spectacular reasons. At the age of 23, Escarpo was recruited into the vast VIPER legions as hired muscle. Escarpo wanted to be more than just a thug while someone else grabbed all the glory, and the loot. So when VIPER came looking for volunteers for their latest Human Enhancement Experiments (H.E.X.), Escarpo volunteered. He underwent several treatments designed to give him powers, as did the other test subjects. However, unlike the other test subjects, he survived and did gain the power to control electricity. The results were fantastic! So what if it unbalanced his mind a little?
Escarpo was thrilled with the results. After some training, VIPER sent their newest agent out with a five team to take out a local police inspector who was making too much trouble for them. Escarpo succeeded. As time passed he began to see better opportunities outside of VIPER. He left VIPER and went into business for himself as Electrocutioner! He has been very successful in his new venture and keeps VIPER happy by working for them on occasion, for a small discount.
