Fluarg

Fluarg is a cloud giant that is often traveling throughout Primea in search of cloud seeds. He works in a coalition of cloud giants and other denizens of Cumulopolis called the Thunderhead Initiative. They work in tandem to expand to the cloud foundation that makes up the great floating city.
