Inemorel

Before her ascension, Inemorel was an elven magic-user, polyglot, and one of the earliest adventurers on a young Primea. However, due to her longevity, she outlived many of the companions she had travelled with. After several centuries, Inemorel retired as an adventurer due to the overwhelming grief of having lost so many close friends. In an effort to immortalize her late comrades, she dedicated years to drafting The Record of Deadlines, great volumes of books that recorded their adventures. She focused on including as many details of her fallen allies as she could as to better paint a picture for any would-be readers. She hoped that they could cheat death by reliving their adventures in the minds and imaginations of her audience. It was through these works that she gained reputation as an excellent record keeper. Through this reputation, she was introduced to Avriu, a savant magic-user working towards founding a methodology for magic that anyone could utilize. Avriu sought Inemorel for her linguistic abilities and attention to detail. When Avriu completed the first spell scroll, Inemorel offered herself as a test subject. Unexpectedly, the experiment resulted in Inemorel's ascension as the God of Knowledge. When Avriu requested that Inemorel assist her in creating a duplicate scroll, Inemorel hesitated because she feared this shortcut to ascension would be exploited. Her hesitation emotionally wounded Avriu. Avriu cataloged this betrayal and completed her work in developing a magical script that would lead to a burgeoning practice of wizardry before she fled society and cloistered herself in her tower north of the Ice Trusses.
