Medias Etruscilla

Medias Etruscilla is the Viscount of Sidrithorpe. He is the fourth cousin twice removed of Agum Latimer, the previous King of Palure. He carries himself as much more of a socialite than a ruler and will often change face on politics depending on who he is talking to. Well-meaning, sometimes airheaded, and on rare occassion courageous.
