Legendary Spear of Asura

The Atlantean Temple of Asura’s greatest relic was stolen by Lemurian thieves prior to the destruction of Atlantis. Lesser copies of the legendary spear existed in the Asuran temples of Thule, but only the true spear of Asura can bring light where there is sarkness. The ornate tip of the spear reflects beams of sunlight, even when no sunlight is present.
Item Attunement: Yes. Warspear, unique 
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this spear. If you hit an undead creature, it takes an extra 2d8 radiant damage. As a bonus action, you can command the spear to shed bright light in a 60-foot radius. The light remains until you command it to end, or until you no longer wield the spear.  
Once each day, when you hit a creature with an attack using this spear, you can call upon the spear’s magic to blind the target unless it makes a DC 16 Wisdom save. A target blinded by this effect can attempt a new saving throw to end the blindness at the end of any turn in which it does not make an attack.
