The Circle
The Circle believes in the balance of nature, the power of the elements, and the importance of maintaining harmony with the environment. The Circle is a powerful faction of Druids that has a strong influence on both nature and society. They are dedicated to preserving the natural balance of the environment, and they often use their magical abilities to protect the land and its inhabitants. The Circle's members are also known for their wisdom and knowledge, which has enabled them to act as mediators between cultures and nations. Their influence is felt all across the natural world, and they are often called upon to help in times of need.
Members of the Circle are spread far and wide and usually operate in isolation. They learn to depend on themselves more than others. Survival in a harsh world also demands great fortitude and mastery of certain fighting and survival skills.
Goals:
Work to bring peace between two warring nations
Restore an ancient ruin to its former glory
Help a small village in need of food and resources
Safely guide an expedition or caravan through stretches of wilderness.

Structure
Members of the Circle are spread far and wide and usually operate in isolation. They learn to depend on themselves more than others. Survival in a harsh world also demands great fortitude and mastery of certain fighting and survival skills. Members of the Enclave who dedicate themselves to helping others survive the perils of the wilderness are more social than others who are charged with defending sacred glades and preserving the natural balance.
Structure and Rank
Circle Initiate: The lowest rank of the faction, consisting of new members who have just joined the Circle or are still in training.
Protector: Having completed Training Protectors are the main force of the faction, carrying out various missions and tasks to protect and preserve the natural world and its inhabitants. Often acting independently.
Keeper: Members who have shown exceptional skill, wisdom, and leadership. They are the elite of the faction, overseeing and managing the faction’s activities and resources.
Elder Keeper: Members who have served the faction for a long time and earned the respect and trust of their peers. Advising and guiding the faction’s leaders and members. They can also represent the faction in diplomatic or political matters, and report to the archdruid.
Archdruid: The highest rank of the faction, consisting of one member who is elected by the elder keepers to be the leader of the faction. They are the archdruid of the faction, responsible for the faction’s vision and direction.
Culture
Beliefs:
1. The natural order must be respected and preserved.
2. Forces that seek to upset the natural balance must be destroyed.
3. The wilderness can be harsh. Not everyone can survive in it without assistance.
Public Agenda
To restore and preserve the natural order, keep the elemental forces of the world in check, keep civilization and the wilderness from destroying one another, and help others survive the perils of the wilderness.
