Background

Morrel was a member of the barbarian tribes of the north (Uthgardt Tribes) and was fairly well liked for his simplicity and straightforwardness. He had good relations with the merchant traders that delt with his tribe and witnessed them get attacked in a valley one day by griffon riding raiders. Morrel was too slow to get there in time to help so he now seeks revenge. In his travels he met Mormont Stouthand who offered to help him find the raiders in exchange for protection, so Morrel is now Mormont's bodyguard and punches all of his problems.
