Astral

Or also ignorantly called, the Astral sea, is a thing that many don´t really understand and the same happens with the difference between the Astral and the Aether. The Astral is a metaphysical place, it´s everywhere, it connects everywhere and from the standpoint of higher beings the Trickster´s creation of the Aetherveil is an Anathema of creation itself. The Astral sea is a part of the Multiverse, there is nothing in existence that can just be excluded from it. The astral sea can be viewed like a Shadow of existence. This status sadly only partially applies, because by cutting off a part of the Astral sea and pushing it into a pocket dimension it was irrevocably damaged, maybe even destroyed. Nevertheless the Astral sea of latebra is vastly different to the Astral sea of the multiverse.  The Astral is a chaotic place, where pockets of pure undoing and making roam as as astralic winds. As if not dangerous enough these winds are not the only dangerous things within the Astral, the beings that call this place their home need to be equally as terrifying to be able to survive here. Also together with the Aether this is the home of the Aetherial.
