Korgotelox

A God, but also a Astral dreameater.

Korgotelox, a.k.a. “The Warden of Memories”, “The Gift taker”, “The Tide bringer”, is a strange god. Deep within the western Ocean lies a deep hole, “the Parched maw”, which reaches far too deep to have ever been successfully explored. Exactly above this hole is a humongous whirlpool sucking in high quantities of water anything unlucky enough to be near it. On a bi-weekly schedule the whirlpool extends from within shortly before spitting out all the water it had sucked in over the last two weeks. It is said that a humongous creature lives at the bottom and it sucks in the water to feed. Over time People have come to offer things up they never want to be found and so the term “Giftbringers” established itself. After a rudimental religion formed itself Korgotelox, started to visit certain Giftbringers in their dreams and eat the Memories they wanted to forget. It stands as a symbol of relief and absolution. Korgotelox´s followers are almost all understanding and helpful, as an echo of emotions remain to remind them of a painful, forgotten past.

If a creature is affected by an Illusion or enchantment spell of yours you can designate a single small detail, or memory to change or forget.(up to the dm) This changed memory can not cover more than 6 seconds of time and an unwilling creature gets to make an wisdom saving throw against your spell DC to attempt to resist. Example: At the end of a Charm person spell you can make it so that the victim forgets that he was targeted by it as soon as he realizes it.
